High End Remodel-3500 sq ft
Updating the front of the house with a 600 sq. ft. addition and reworking the aesthetics of curb appeal; Completely new kitchen, powder room, laundry, family room along with upgraded Master bath & auxiliary baths. Refinish pool along with new pool patio with permanent sun shades and Ramada.

Existing Home Refresh
Complete Master Bath remodel with separate shower and steam room.
New Pool & Patio
A brand new master bath with his & her sinks separated by a full glass shower. Custom steam shower incorporated into previous shower space. Full wall 24"x48" Kenridge ribbon tile behind the vanities and shower.
A new pool needs a new patio and landscaping. Sleek, clean design set to handle a house full of kids.
